Projectopia will work with PHP and MySQL versions recommended by WordPress.org There are some specific PHP extensions that need to be installed on your web server in order for Projectopia to work properly. Please refer to the following documentation for the full details.

No. We do not provide trials at the customer end. We only provide trials on our demo server.

There is no limit on projects on any license.

Yes, you can. Projectopia does not depend or affect your existing theme. Projectopia comes with it’s own client dashboard theme.

Our product follows the licensing requirements of CodeCanyon. There are two types of licenses, Regular or Extended.
You will be able to download updates from your CodeCanyon account for lifetime. However, item support is only valid for 6 months, which you will have the option to extend or renew.
As per CodeCanyon item support policy, currently, we provide support for our default functionality and installation. If you need to change or modify anything on the plugin itself, you will need to hire a developer. We recommend hiring our custom work developer from Justhyre.

No, the price given on our site is for the plugin only. If you want to buy Projectopia Addons then you will need to buy them separately or rather buy the Projectopia Ultimate version which includes the Projectopia Core Plugin and all add-on plugins for a single price point.
No, we do not have any trial period as we don’t offer trials but we have the live demo where you can try the plugin firsthand.

Yes, Projectopia Core can be used with the Projectopia Twilio Addon that integrates Twilio with Projectopia allowing you to send SMS for Project alerts, Support Tickets, and Client updates.
Yes, Projectopia enables your Client to make payment for their invoice using PayPal or Stripe.If you would like to create subscription plans for your clients, you can do so by extending Projectopia with our Subscriptions addon plugin.
Yes, with the Projectopia Bug Tracker Addon clients and team members can add and track bugs in projects within Projectopia. The bug tracker works in a similar way to support tickets, but in this case, they are attached to specific projects.
Yes, using the Projectopia reporting Addon you can generate reports from Projectopia Core data and display them on screen as well as export them in various formats (PDF, CSV, Excel, Print, Copy)
Yes, using the Projectopia Expenses Addon you can add suppliers and expenses within Projectopia. Also, you can manage your suppliers through Projectopia and track monthly spending with suppliers.
Yes, with the Projectopia 2Checkout Addon you can allow clients to pay invoices via 2Checkout.
Yes, The Projectopia Envato Add-On allows Envato Authors to manage support tickets from buyers who have purchased any of their items. It uses the Envato API to check purchase codes & Support Entitlement, ensuring that the information is always up to date each time a support ticket is raised.
