When your clients require invoices in a suitable format, sending it through the portal might not. At times, you might encounter a situation where your clients would ask you to send invoices via mail or a hard copy of the same.
Under such circumstances, you would need a different way than the dashboard. Projectopia 4.1 gives you the ease to create invoices in a PDF format. All you need to do is visit the dashboard and generate one.
Click on download as PDF option to move ahead with sending the PDF file of the invoice to your client.
After you have downloaded the PDF file, you will see the invoice as follows.
