Projectopia lets you create your FAQ first and then sets it’s order. This way, you will be able to create a FAQ at any given time and changes the order accordingly.
- Login to your PTO admin dashboard.
- Go to Support -> FAQ
- You will see the list of FAQ you have created.
- Order your FAQs by assigning them the number in the order that starts from one and scales downward.
- Do not forget to click on the apply option to reflect the changes.
NOTE: You need to set the order for all your FAQ questions in order for them to show up in Client Dashboard.
