Creating a new FAQ is all good. The main question that arises is where to place them? While the default option suggests embedding FAQs in the client dashboard, Projectopia is one step ahead and has a customizable feature where the admin can decide where to display the FAQ.
- Click on the settings menu
- Move down to the FAQ section
- Here, under the FAQ settings
– Select the checkbox to display FAQ in the client meta box
– Group FAQ by category allows you to segment questions in individual groups.
- You can also copy the shortcode and embed your FAQ in a page.
