If you prefer not to use a support ticketing system. It is possible for a PTO admin to disable the support ticket system.
- Login to your PTO admin dashboard
- Go to Settings -> Support Tickets
- Check on the option -> Disable the support ticket system.
- Click on Save Changes button.
